“I have never been gifted athletically. All my improvements come from a relentless dedication and hard work. I compete in strongman and am on a journey to win the 175 Nationals. I live for the journey. I deadlifted the morning of my wedding, woke at 0100 and practiced stones and log press the morning my son was to be born and have trained through illness countless times. I never miss training. My diet and sleep habits are meticulous. Everything is charted and analyzed to some degree.The only thing that’s been missing was optimal supplementation.
